Riverview Health & Rehabilitation Center Renovation
88,963 square feet
$7.6 million estimated
Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center is a non-profit facility with approximately 200 beds. The original facility was constructed in 1960 and expanded several times. The structure is concrete framed with masonry walls. In addition to the residence wings the facility includes food service, a chapel, maintenance and support spaces.
Much needed renovations were planned over a series of four sequential phases. Each phase completely renovated the interior finishes and replaced HVAC and plumbing systems that were at the end of their useful life. All communication, lighting, and fresh air ventilation systems were also replaced. Site improvements included a new ambulance access point, covered entry drive and underground utility improvements.
