RIVER MARSH MARINA MASPTER PLAN
Bryan County, Georgia
Lott + Barber created a redevelopment master plan for a former shrimping and fishing dock and processing facility. The 22-acre site is located on picturesque marsh front property in Bryan County, Georgia. LBA’s role included an initial yield study to assist the client with identifying their vision for the property, developing plan alternatives for the site, and assisting with the regulatory process. The proposed redeveloped site will include four condominium buildings, a marina and marina store, dry stack boat storage, and a restaurant. Lott + Barber Architects also compiled a photo journal of the existing site to assist the client in understanding the views from multiple levels of the proposed condominiums.Bryan County, Georgia
