LAKEVIEW VILLAGE

Located on 38 acres of the 1900 acre Jabot Tract at Interstate 16 and Pooler Parkway, the Residences at Lakeview and Lakeview Village is anticipated to pursue LEED certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. “Green” design techniques to be incorporated include water-efficient landscaping, resource reuse, renewable energy and other innovate green design and technology strategies.Pooler, Georgia
The Residences at Lakeview will provide 400 upscale rental units with one to three bedrooms.
