LAKEVIEW VILLAGE
Pooler, Georgia

Located on 38 acres of the 1900 acre Jabot Tract at Interstate 16 and Pooler Parkway, the Residences at Lakeview and Lakeview Village is anticipated to pursue LEED certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. “Green” design techniques to be incorporated include water-efficient landscaping, resource reuse, renewable energy and other innovate green design and technology strategies.

The Residences at Lakeview will provide 400 upscale rental units with one to three bedrooms. Residential units are carefully arranged to front on a park, community garden, or other neighborhood amenity. There is a 12 acre lake on the property which will have boat docks and wildlife paths. Amenities will include a pool house, lap pools, play area, exercise centers, gardens and gazebos, outdoor barbeque pits, a racquetball court, and storage units.

Lakeview Village, which will be located on this same 1900 acre tract, will contain 28,000 square feet of mixed-use retail and shopping including outdoor markets and restaurants.
