In 2004, Kennesaw State University commissioned Lott + Barber to prepare programming documents and supporting information to submit to the Board of Regents in order to receive funding for a new Health Sciences Building. This new building will address the needs of the Department of Nursing, Department of Biology and the Department of Chemistry. The original programming information included room data sheets, building use statistics, project justification, and project and site descriptions.

In January 2007, Kennesaw again requested the services of Lott + Barber for additional presentation materials illustrating a modified site location. These materials were produced in a very short time frame and delivered electronically via the Internet.
