Lott+Barber prepared the Certificate of Need documents for this facility as well as all of the initial programming and planning services. The new facility replaces existing hospital beds with a new freestanding facility located on Memorial Health University Medical Center's campus. The space, freed by the move, will then be renovated for other hospital uses.
In addition to construction and predesign services, Lott + Barber provided design and construction administration services for the 65,000 square foot facility.
- Houses 50 beds including special brain injury unit
- First floor provides both inpatient and outpatient therapy services
- Units include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Hydro Therapy
