This project is both an interior renovation and building expansion. The addition includes a 99-seat training classroom which will have the latest audio / visual equipment and a new board room. Renovations include upgrades to existing classroom space to include new handicap accessible toilet facilities, support spaces and a small conference room. A memorial plaza surrounding the salvaged flag pole will be created using engraved brick pavers honoring those who have worked for the Savannah Board of Realtors.
