Southside Branch

Construction Cost: $1.2 million

This newly formed local bank asked Lott + Barber to design their prototypical branch banks. The initial work included both a two story and single story branch design constructed in 2002. Prior to designing the branch banks, Lott + Barber provided site analysis to assist the Owner in identifying locations for the new branches.

The Southside branch is the larger of the two prototypes and includes additional office space as well as a training / meeting room.

Pooler Branch
Size: 4,638 square feet
Construction Cost: $901,466

The Pooler Branch was the first one story prototype constructed at Godley Station at I-95 and the Pooler Parkway. This same design has been site adapted for the Wilmington Island Branch.
