First Chatham Bank's new main branch is located within the Historic District of downtown Savannah, Georgia. The bank occupies this existing three-story building and basement. The facility includes a new remote drive through canopy and parking lot.

A few of the unique challenges to this project included the following:

- Perform code analysis of the building since it was constructed over 30 years ago.
- The first floor required additional steel reinforcement to support the bank equipment since it was above an occupied basement.
- Perform work in stages to allow partial occupancy of certain floors prior to completion of the entire building.
- Coordinate the vacuum tube route from the remote drive-through banking canopy to the first floor teller line.
