Lott + Barber was asked to plan and supervise the LEED Certification process for the first building on this site. Building #100 is a 343,000 square foot speculatively built core and shell industrial center and has achieved LEED-CS Gold Certification. By utilizing significant water reductions in both irrigation and building water use, as well as implementing high performance lighting alternatives, the building is projected to save well over two million gallons of water per year and enough electricity to power 120 homes.
